About the role
- Ship production-quality UI using React, TypeScript, and modern frameworks
- Collaborate with design and product to turn Figma explorations and customer insights into performant, elegant, and accessible interfaces
- Design and evolve our front-end architecture — reusable component libraries, design systems, and scalable state management
- Optimize for performance and reliability across complex workflows and integrations
- Experiment with AI in engineering
- Ship continuously — partner closely with backend engineers and designers to test ideas quickly
Requirements
- 5–10 years experience building and shipping complex front-end applications used by real customers
- Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern front-end tooling (e.g. Vite, Next.js, Tailwind)
- Experience with design systems, component libraries, and accessibility best practices
- A track record of building performant, reliable, and maintainable front-end codebases
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Natural curiosity about new tools and workflows, especially AI
- Strong systems thinking
