About the role
- Freelancer creating original scripts for various media including digital campaigns and social networks at Approach Comunicação. Focus on storytelling and persuasive writing to drive engagement.
Responsibilities
- Creation of original scripts for institutional videos, digital campaigns, social media content, etc.;
- Development of narratives that incorporate strong storytelling, emotional connection and audience engagement;
- Adapting tone and language according to each brand’s, project’s and platform’s profile;
- Research and development of creative concepts based on briefs provided by the team or client;
- Writing content focused on short-form videos, as well as other audiovisual formats that require clear and impactful scripts;
- Ensuring the script is production-feasible and aligned with the desired timing and format;
- Ongoing review and revisions of texts based on feedback and client needs;
- Collaboration with other areas of the Digital team and the agency, working in a 360 approach;
- Participating in presentations for internal teams and clients;
Requirements
- Based in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro;
- Occasional in-person alignment meetings;
- Experience in writing, with a specific focus on scriptwriting (work samples will be requested);
- Strong knowledge of storytelling techniques and narrative structures;
- Familiarity with audiovisual production (understanding of cuts, camera shots and filming rhythm is a plus);
- Experience creating scripts for different social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.);
- Excellent grammar and writing skills;
- Focus on persuasive writing to generate impact and engagement;
