Responsibilities
- We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced FP&A professional to join our team. • Play a key role in driving financial performance and providing insightful analysis. • Partner closely with regional and country leadership to support business growth and operational excellence. • Report to the Regional Finance Director with a dotted-line reporting to the Group FP&A Director. • Act as a preferred point of contact for analysis of the performance of the business. • Analyze trends growth and profitability for the resellers and vendors of the region. • Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of KPIs for the region. • Prepare bonus calculations for key management. • Support the country finance teams in financial closing process. • Lead annual budget process for the region. • Work with management and Group Vendor Management teams to build financial investment plans.
Requirements
- Has between 7 and 10 years of work experience. • Initial experience in a corporate environment. • Experience at a Big 4 accounting firm (audit or transaction services) is an advantage. • Proficiency in PowerBI is required. • Experience with Oracle Netsuite and OneStream is preferred. • Must be able to travel up to 15% of the time within the region.
