About the role
- Forward Deployed Engineer working with strategic customers to solve identity-centric challenges. Building and deploying custom integrations using Persona's identity platform.
Responsibilities
- Embed into account teams working with strategic customers, serving as a technical thought partner in designing custom identity solutions
- Use Persona’s platform to solve customer problems and bring customer insights back to product teams to inform and influence long-term product roadmap.
- Design, build, and deploy custom integrations between Persona's platform and customer systems
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, proactively monitor integration health, and implement enhancements to existing deployments
Requirements
- An engineering background in technical fields such as software engineering, data science, or mathematics.
- Strong investigative and debugging skills on complex systems, ideally with integrations spanning both internal and external systems
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Curiosity, creativity, and a drive to solve hard, open-ended problems
- Technical expertise in writing scripts and developing automation tools to solve recurring problems (Nice to have)
- Familiarity with deployment models, including cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS) and/or infrastructure primitives (Nice to have)
