About the role

  • Wealth Management Assistant responsible for developing business relationships with clients and selling financial products. Supporting daily operations and managing administrative tasks in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve, prospect for, solicit, and develop business relationships with members and clients
  • Sell securities products and services across various distribution channels
  • Analyze member/client needs and develop and implement tailored solutions
  • Proactively assist in recruiting and hiring administrative staff for your branch or branches

Requirements

  • Attestation of Collegial Studies (AEC)
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Mutual Fund Representative certificate — Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
  • Proficiency in French required
