About the role
- As a financial analyst, you advise and support management.
- Collaborate with various teams across the organization on multiple assignments.
- Prepare financial forecasts and perform various analyses as required.
- Participate in the company’s annual budgeting process.
- Prepare required analyses and reports and make appropriate recommendations.
- Build financial tools and models to enhance decision support.
- Contribute to initiatives to improve financial systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (concentration in Accounting or Finance).
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
- Initiative and a desire to learn and understand.
- Strong interest in working as part of a team.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (including expert-level Excel).
- Bilingual (French/English).
