Responsibilities
Reporting directly to Asia Finance Shared Service, Team Leader
The Financial Senior Analyst is primarily accountable for general accounting and reporting through timely and accurate service delivery.
Accounting and Reporting: Allocated with Finance processes related to operations such as invoicing, credit card refunds, and daily matching of premiums.
Management Reporting to support internal or external parties.
Quality Analyst/Reviewer to monitor junior team members' work and ensure error-free submission.
Trainer for junior team members and responsible for knowledge transfer.
Point-of-Contact for the project team, identifying processes for migration.
Automation Champion driving automation initiatives with a focus on improving accuracy and cost efficiency.
Requirements
5+ years of working experience with progressive responsibility within the Accounting and management reporting field
At least 3 years of which is with an international organization or Shared Service Center
CPA with university degree in accounting, finance, or financial management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in ambiguous environment and adapt to change while managing time and workload with aggressive timelines
Preferably with process migration background
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across cultures.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel (i.e. mastery of excel formulas and pivot tables is a must; VBA is a plus).
Proficient in MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Power Point.
Willing to work on day shift and overtime may be required to meet business deadlines.
