About the role
- Execute and be accountable for various financial department processes and operations, such as accounts payable management, advance payments control, customer portfolio management, collections, delinquency control, customer prepayments, calculation of allowance for doubtful accounts, invoicing analysis and approval, credit limit management, cash flow, investments and redemptions, and preparation of forecast vs. actual reports
- Perform processes within the finance area scope, ensuring governance and compliance with current policies and procedures and provide technical guidance to the team
- Be responsible for the subarea's strategic and operational indicators as well as reports, month-end closings, projections and data analysis
- Promote initiatives and support and lead projects, improvements and innovations
- Address audit requests and lead the implementation of action plans
- Represent the team as directed or in the absence of the Senior Analyst
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration or related fields
- Solid knowledge of financial routines and processes
- Knowledge of Financial Mathematics; intermediate Excel; Power BI
- Strong concentration, critical analysis, problem-solving, communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- Experience with SAP systems; proficiency in English or Spanish
- Experience in collections and credit recovery
