- Responsibility for bookkeeping and account reconciliation
- Processing incoming and outgoing invoices and invoice verification
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to the German Commercial Code (HGB)
- Execution of internal and external payment transactions and liquidity planning
- Support in the preparation of financial reports and analyses
- Communication with tax advisors, authorities and other external partners
- Maintenance and further development of DATEV applications and processes
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification in finance and accounting
- Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in a medium-sized company
- Solid knowledge of DATEV software
- Confident use of common MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Good knowledge of German tax law and the German Commercial Code (HGB)
- Very good command of English
