About the role
- Financial Accountant overseeing accounting and finance operations for TIENS Group in Berlin. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and collaboration with regional finance teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and support accounting and finance operations across regional branches
- Ensure accurate recording of daily sales, collections, and financial transactions
- Prepare and submit timely internal financial reports and ensure compliance with tax and corporate obligations
- Manage payments for suppliers, services, payroll, and commissions according to company policies
- Monitor inventories and fixed assets, and support audits and financial reviews
- Coordinate with Regional and Corporate Finance teams to maintain transparency and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, DATEV and One Stop Shop) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional and regional collaboration
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
