- Perform Holistic Business Performance Analysis of the Sales Centres
- Identify gaps in Revenue/GP on weekly basis
- Responsible for regular updates on what’s working and what’s not
- Work with DCMs to review their Opex Performance on monthly basis
- Build profitable and sustainable Regional Strategy
- Prepare Financial Plans for the Sales Centres and Distribution Centres
- Conduct post spend evaluation of all major commitments to the customers
- Ensure compliance with Accounting Principles
- Work closely with General Managers, DCMs, DSMs and communicate with the Senior Leadership Team
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- CPA / MBA preferred
- 3 Years of Finance experience, preferably in mid-size /Large CPG distribution company
- Strong Commercial Acumen
- Proficient in SAP
- Above average Microsoft Excel and Access
