About the role
- Join Theodo's Ops team to manage finance operations and implement lean processes for growth. Collaborate with various teams to enhance operational efficiency while ensuring financial health.
Responsibilities
- Produce monthly closes, from invoicing to reporting
- Optimize cash levels by collecting customer receivables
- Ensure timely payment of supplier invoices
- Maintain finance production tools (scripts, databases, dashboards)
- Model production flows to identify quality issues or lead-time bottlenecks
- Implement improvement projects by developing tech tools: agentic AI, low-code solutions, scripts (Java, Python, SQL)
- Iterate on data models for the finance data platform
Requirements
- You hold a degree from a top engineering school
- You want to be involved in both running and improving finance operations at a tech company
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and are comfortable interacting with internal stakeholders
- You are passionate about technology and have solid knowledge in this area
- You have a strong desire to learn, to challenge and be challenged in order to grow
