Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for core banking systems, payment methods, Pix, digital wallets, and Open Finance integrations.
- Ensure high performance, resilience, and reliability of the business's critical platforms.
- Accelerate time-to-market by adopting agile practices, DevSecOps, and continuous improvement of software engineering.
- Work closely with business areas, translating strategic objectives into effective technological solutions.
- Drive technical and strategic decisions through data-driven management, using performance, reliability, cost, and customer experience metrics.
- Lead technology modernization initiatives, leveraging cloud technologies (AWS and Azure), microservices, APIs, and automation.
- Explore the use of AI and analytics to optimize processes, detect fraud, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the customer journey.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (BCB - Central Bank of Brazil, LGPD - Brazilian Data Protection Law, Open Finance) and information security best practices.
- Develop and engage talent, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and results orientation.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Core Banking environments, Pix, digital wallets, and Open Finance/Open Banking.
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS and Azure), including high availability and scalability.
- Experience with event-driven architectures, APIs, microservices, and integration of critical systems.
- Experience in agile team management (Scrum, Kanban, OKRs, DORA metrics).
- Ability to use data and metrics to make decisions (KPIs, SLAs, SLOs, cloud costs, NPS).
- Applied knowledge of AI/ML, analytics, or automation as a strategic differentiator.
