About the role

  • You will achieve your mission as our Finance Manager by working across 3 core areas:
  • Financial Reporting:
  • Supporting the Financial Controller in closing month-end
  • Preparing key financial statements and management reports
  • Performing balance sheet reconciliations and reviewing financial data for accuracy
  • Supporting the annual audit
  • Financial Operations:
  • Optimising and managing our billing practices working closely with Analytics and RevOps
  • Overseeing the full payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment to all employees
  • Managing and reviewing commission calculations and reporting for the commercial team⁠⁠
  • Cash management - managing payables and receivables, ensuring accurate supplier payments and on-time customer receipts to optimise working capital
  • Ensuring operational financial processes are efficient, accurate, and scalable
  • Regulatory reporting including VAT reconciliation and submission processes
  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes⁠⁠
  • Partnering with the business to provide data-driven insights to help business leaders understand performance metrics⁠

Requirements

  • Are a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with at least 1 year’s PQE
  • Bring experience from either audit (strong controls/technical accounting) or industry (month‑end and business partnering), and want to broaden your scope
  • Are excited by variety beyond core reporting and enjoy partnering with teams across the business
  • Have strong analytical skills turning data into actionable insight
  • Communicate clearly with non‑finance stakeholders, translating complexity into simple, decision‑ready recommendations
