About the role
- Assist with invoicing and auditing
- Prepare materials to send to prospective/existing clients
- Manage administrative jobs
- Assist in financial modeling and forecasting
- Conduct market research and obtain quotes from vendors/suppliers
- Support preparation of monthly financial reports
- Analyze budgets and cost structures
- Help with data entry, reconciliation, and documentation
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Desire to learn and grow
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
