Partner with the SAM Leadership Team to define and implement financial strategies that support growth, profitability, and operational effectiveness
Operate as the main Finance Business Partner for the SAM Leadership Team in EMEA, driving Sales, Annual Subscription Value (ASV) and Revenue and managing operating expenses
Spearhead initiatives to drive sales performance, including incentive design, individual performance tracking, challenging forecasts and driving key deals
Act as part of the regional approval committee for key customer deals
Collaborate within the Global SAM Finance framework and with SAM Finance, Product Finance, Controllership and FP&A to ensure transparency of data and forecasting for EMEA
Provide deep commercial insight and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership to deliver transformational cost and revenue outcomes
Work operationally across the matrix with adjacent groups to drive performance and margin
Requirements
Proven experience operating at a finance leadership level within complex, matrixed organisations
Strong commercial foresight with the ability to assess customer value and strategic alignment
Exceptional partner management skills and track record influencing senior leadership teams
Deep understanding of financial modelling, scenario planning, and performance reporting across global operations
Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insight and strategic recommendations
CIMA (or equivalent) qualified
Extensive years of progressive finance experience in financial services or technology sectors
Collaborative, inclusive, forward-thinking and able to thrive in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment
Experience in sales performance management, ASV and revenue drive, incentive design, forecasting and deal approvals
