About the role
- Finance Coordinator at TIENS Group handling accounting, tax compliance, and reporting responsibilities. Collaborating with the finance team and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Verify and record daily sales, collections, and accounting transactions.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical accounting books and documentation.
- Prepare and submit internal financial reports to the Head Office.
- Manage tax declarations, payments, and ensure compliance with local fiscal regulations.
- Process supplier invoices, branch expenses, and commission payments.
- Conduct monthly physical inventory counts and reconcile results.
- Maintain and update inventory and fixed asset registers.
- Support fiscal, corporate, and audit filings as required.
- Coordinate with the Head Office Finance team to ensure policy alignment and reporting consistency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance (preferably in branch or regional coordination roles).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or equivalent) and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional and regional collaboration.
