About the role

  • Support Finance team with day-to-day transactional responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage the AP mailbox; enter invoices into NetSuite with accurate coding and documentation
  • Review travel spend submissions for correct GL coding and completeness
  • Review reimbursement submissions to validate GL accuracy and ensure completeness
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting through correct GL coding and documentation

Requirements

  • Prior experience with NetSuite or similar accounting systems preferred
  • Basic understanding of GL coding and financial reporting
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Previous experience in a finance or accounts payable role is a plus
  • Authorization to work in Canada (citizenship, permanent resident, or valid work permit)
