About the role
- Support Finance team with day-to-day transactional responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the AP mailbox; enter invoices into NetSuite with accurate coding and documentation
- Review travel spend submissions for correct GL coding and completeness
- Review reimbursement submissions to validate GL accuracy and ensure completeness
- Ensure accurate financial reporting through correct GL coding and documentation
Requirements
- Prior experience with NetSuite or similar accounting systems preferred
- Basic understanding of GL coding and financial reporting
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts payable role is a plus
- Authorization to work in Canada (citizenship, permanent resident, or valid work permit)
