About the role

Responsibilities
- Establish a global P&L structure for the decentralized customer service to enable transparent results analysis
- Develop an appropriate booking/accounting logic and introduce internal chargeback rates for warranty repairs
- Independently manage finance projects — in terms of content, schedule and organization — in close collaboration with the business units
- Implement and optimize global software tools, and prepare project documentation and user manuals
- Conduct international training and serve as the central point of contact for the global software landscape in the customer service environment
Requirements
- A completed degree in Economics or Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Finance or Controlling
- Several years of experience in an international finance/controlling environment and a strong technical understanding of systemic relationships (e.g., POS systems, SAP, APIs)
- Confident user of SAP and ideally initial experience with project management tools
- A structured, self-directed working style and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
- Strong communication skills in German and English and willingness to travel for occasional international assignments
