About the role

  • You are responsible for the timely and accurate billing of our projects and for project controlling.
  • Coordination of preliminary accounting (pre-posting) with the tax advisor – processing incoming and outgoing invoices and preparing payment runs.
  • Monitoring, processing and follow-up of open items and management of dunning procedures.
  • Setting up and preparing monthly and annual reporting as well as sales/ revenue controlling.
  • Responsibility for the time tracking system and related processes (vacation, illness, back-posting).
  • Support in HR and recruiting (onboarding and offboarding, contracts, personnel development, training).
  • Digitization of finance processes.
  • Responsibility for and optimization of CRM reporting and analyses.
  • Structuring administrative workflows and organization.
  • Supporting management with special projects as required.
  • Office administration.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Business/Management or a comparable vocational qualification (e.g., office clerk, tax clerk).
  • At least 3–5 years of professional experience in finance.
  • Strong numerical affinity; experience in controlling and/or accounting is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Confident use of Excel and other MS Office programs and a good understanding of CRM systems – Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Experience with DATEV and Lexware is an advantage.
  • Interest in and ideally experience with process digitization.
  • Enthusiasm and a hands-on attitude to tackle and implement tasks.
  • Self-initiative, sense of responsibility and team spirit.
  • High degree of self-organization as well as a structured, organized and solution-oriented working style – strong organizational skills.
  • Independent, structured and customer-focused work style, and enjoyment of working in a team.
