About the role

  • Deliver top-tier customer service while supporting Everi’s products on-site at casinos
  • Install, upgrade, and repair gaming, LED signage, and financial equipment
  • Run diagnostics and resolve issues in the field
  • Keep devices operating smoothly with proactive check-ins and maintenance
  • Work both independently and as part of a supportive field team

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Maintain a Gaming License (requirements vary by location; upon hire, Everi's internal team will assist with application, payment, and renewal).
  • Availability for bi-weekly on-call shifts, with the potential for overtime, weekend, evening, and holiday work as needed.
  • Ambitious and motivated individual who enjoys learning and is comfortable working independently (after training), while contributing as part of a cohesive team.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel for data entry and completing paperwork.
  • Nice-to-have's: Hardware/network/technical experience is a plus!
