Responsibilities
Deliver top-tier customer service while supporting Everi’s products on-site at casinos
Install, upgrade, and repair gaming, LED signage, and financial equipment
Run diagnostics and resolve issues in the field
Keep devices operating smoothly with proactive check-ins and maintenance
Work both independently and as part of a supportive field team
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.
Maintain a Gaming License (requirements vary by location; upon hire, Everi's internal team will assist with application, payment, and renewal).
Availability for bi-weekly on-call shifts, with the potential for overtime, weekend, evening, and holiday work as needed.
Ambitious and motivated individual who enjoys learning and is comfortable working independently (after training), while contributing as part of a cohesive team.
Basic proficiency in Excel for data entry and completing paperwork.
Nice-to-have's: Hardware/network/technical experience is a plus!
