About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide support services to CNA+ network schools, both in-person and online;
- Conduct regular meetings with the assigned school portfolio;
- Analyze and monitor portfolio performance indicators;
- Prepare and submit monthly performance reports;
- Deliver targeted training sessions as needed by the school;
- Plan and execute in-person and online consulting engagements;
- Support inventory management and ensure compliance with the Excellence Award criteria;
- Develop action plans focused on exceeding targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed);
- Availability for frequent travel;
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (spreadsheets, presentations, and email);
- Basic understanding of P&L (income statement) and commercial KPIs.
- Previous experience with franchise networks or in the education sector;
- Experience providing consultancy or support to business units;
- Knowledge of inventory management and educational performance metrics.
