Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development, maintenance, and operations of physical office spaces
  • Manage vendors, coordinate real estate and build-out projects
  • Monitor security and maintenance systems, serving as liaison between offices and internal teams
  • Design flexible spaces for drop-in work and team gatherings
  • Serve as primary contact for landlords and manage vendor relationships

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management, office operations, or workplace services
  • Proven success managing real estate agents, contractors, and technical vendors
  • Strong understanding of building systems (electrical, HVAC, security, fire safety, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first environment while managing on-site projects as needed
  • Ability to travel occasionally to company offices.
