About the role

  • Handle **calls and emails** from corporate clients regarding business travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and visa assistance.
  • Provide **travel solutions** based on company policies, cost-effectiveness, and traveler preferences.
  • Manage **itinerary changes, cancellations, refunds, and rebookings** as per client requests.
  • Coordinate with **airlines, hotels, and travel vendors** to ensure smooth travel experiences.
  • Address and resolve **travel-related issues** such as missed flights, booking errors, or emergency travel needs.
  • Maintain and update **customer travel profiles** and ensure compliance with corporate travel policies.
  • Work with internal teams to provide **customized travel solutions** for high-value clients.
  • Ensure timely **follow-ups** and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with **industry trends, airline policies, and travel regulations.

Requirements

  • 1-3 Years in Corporate Travel / Business Travel Support (Email & Voice)
  • German Language B2 Level
