Manage an extensive array of administrative tasks for the senior leaders on the team that require you to organize logistics: wrangle hectic calendars and prioritize time, book travel, plan events, etc.
Anticipate the needs of the senior leaders and proactively seek appropriate resources to support the team
Work collaboratively with our existing EAs to coordinate on administrative priorities and contribute to projects outside of normal scope when needed
Manage expense reporting
Organize and manage document library of communications related to our investment portfolio (letters, legal documents, performance statements, etc)
Other tasks as requested, including but not limited to investment support work
Requirements
7+ years of professional experience with related administrative, operations or project management work in a fast-paced environment
Experience supporting senior level leaders in the banking or finance industry is preferred, but not required
Excellent organizational skills: a self-starter with strong foresight, reliable, and outstanding attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize across projects to meet deadlines
Flexible mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent judgment and respect for confidentiality and ethics
Tech savvy, comfortable communicating virtually and learning new office tools (especially Google Apps like Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Spreadsheets and Slack)
