About the role
- Intern supporting legalization and licensing of social-housing projects at Alea. Assist approvals, technical documentation, project controls, and site measurements.
Responsibilities
- Conhecer e participar de todas as etapas e processos de Legalização e Licenciamento de empreendimentos imobiliários horizontais de interesse social
- Análise, controle e arquivamento de projetos técnicos e documentos dos empreendimentos
- Acompanhamento, controle e atualização dos processos de aprovação nos órgãos competentes
- Apoio na elaboração de documentos técnicos
- Leitura e interpretação de informações técnicas de projeto
- Participar de treinamentos de capacitação virtual e presencial sobre as áreas de negócios no corporativo da Alea
- Auxílio em medições e elaboração de relatórios fotográficos
- Auxílio em questões de auditoria interna
- Realizar ações de melhoria contínua
Requirements
- Perfil dinâmico, comunicativo e organizado
- Ser estudante do curso superior em Arquitetura e Urbanismo ou Engenharia Civil a partir do 5º semestre
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar 30 horas semanais em Campinas
- Conhecimento em Pacote Office
- Conhecimento em AutoCAD
