- ERP Specialist managing Business Central and Navision projects at SMARDT. Conducting financial projects and providing technical support globally.
Responsibilities
- Lead major financial and accounting ERP projects as an analyst
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support to finance and accounting users
- Participate in migrating hosted Business Central (BC) and Navision to a cloud tenant with multiple instances
- Integrate ERP modules and applications into Business Central
- Implement and support customizations in BC
- Ensure Business Central's financial and accounting features are properly supported for users worldwide
- Train end users on Microsoft Business Central
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand technical requirements and define the scope of changes and development
- Convert functional requirements into technical specifications and design documents
- Recommend best practices and influence stakeholders
- Create, design, and modify out-of-the-box reports in BC
- Communicate effectively with users.
Requirements
- More than 8 years' experience managing Navision or Business Central
- Strong knowledge of ERP support and operations
- Proven ability to translate business processes into applicable ERP configurations
- Degree in business, IT, or engineering (or a related field) required
- MB-800 certification is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Results-oriented, able to plan and meet project deadlines
- Resilient, self-motivated, and able to perform well under pressure
- Strong financial, accounting, and technical mindset
- Demonstrated ability to positively resolve issues arising from different cultures
