About the role
- Lead an agile squad to deliver the product roadmap and own the squad’s technical vision. Coach and develop engineers while ensuring cross‑squad technical alignment.
Responsibilities
- Lead an agile squad, fostering autonomy, collaboration and collective performance.
- Ensure delivery of the product roadmap in close collaboration with the Product Manager and Designers.
- Define and drive the squad's technical vision in partnership with the squad's Senior Developer.
- Facilitate technical rituals (code reviews, architecture sessions) and remain close to the code.
- Develop each member's skills through coaching, mentoring and personalized career follow-up.
- Continuously improve the squad's agile processes and development practices.
- Actively participate in recruiting the future talent who will join your team.
- Ensure technical synchronization and collaboration with other squads.
Requirements
- Experience managing teams.
- Experience in full‑stack development across various languages/frameworks.
- Familiarity with all agile concepts; Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Strong end‑user orientation and excellent product sense.
- Desire to understand and master your company’s business challenges.
- Enjoy collaborating and working effectively within a team.
- Professional level of English enabling you to contribute to our internationalization.
