Responsibilities
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of work processes: identify pain points and efficiency opportunities
Develop solutions in close collaboration with business teams (e.g., team interviews, organizing workshops)
Deploy solutions with relevant stakeholders (e.g., procedures, working methods, tools)
Support the company’s digital transformation: understand the needs and expectations of commercial business teams for each key project in Technique Solaire’s Digital Transformation plan
Escalate findings to the Transformation and IT teams (e.g., organize scoping and alignment workshops, propose innovative solutions, rule out unnecessary features, draft minutes of key decisions)
Drive schedule adherence (e.g., anticipate deadlines, follow up with action owners, escalate alerts to the appropriate level)
Implement automated reporting (e.g., Excel, BI tools) to track gains and progress as well as the performance of the Directorate
Organize and lead change management efforts in a growth context to make our key activities more reliable, professional and efficient:
Identify and implement organizational changes and/or new working methods, in collaboration with department managers
Implement change management measures for these changes (training plan, communication plan, monitoring of tool adoption over time, etc.)
Organize lessons learned / after-action reviews
Requirements
Student in an engineering school (gap-year internship or final-year internship) or enrolled in a scientific Master’s program (M2 internship)
Organized, autonomous and above all rigorous
Strong interest in topics related to:
- Organization, scoping and development of working methods
- Optimization, quality and performance improvement
- Data analysis
Tools to master: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...) and ideally Power BI
