- Support the career development of Software Engineers and Quality Analysts, helping them reach their full potential.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, provide ongoing feedback, and perform performance evaluations.

- Ensure continuous improvement of internal processes, promoting efficiency and innovation.
- Work with teams to drive agility and high-quality deliveries, removing blockers and ensuring strategic alignment.
- Foster effective collaboration with other areas, ensuring harmony between product, business, and technology.
- Actively contribute to defining and tracking roadmaps, prioritizing impactful deliveries aligned with business strategies.
- Be prepared to collaborate technically when necessary, helping the team overcome practical challenges and taking the lead in critical situations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields.
- Solid experience in people management across different levels, including career development and technical leadership.
- Experience across the full software development lifecycle, with practical knowledge of commonly used market technologies.
- Experience with agile methodologies and metrics analysis for continuous improvement.
- Technical knowledge of databases, algorithms, software architecture, and modern development practices.
- Ability to review code, contribute architectural solutions, and, when necessary, work hands-on to unblock critical issues with the team.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo.
