About the role

  • Provide internal legal advice on employment law
  • Support HR on legal formalities and documentation
  • Monitor developments and changes in labor law
  • Provide legal support to subsidiaries located abroad
  • Manage contentious matters such as mutual termination agreements (ruptures conventionnelles) and dismissals
  • Prepare collective bargaining negotiations

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Labor/Employment Law or equivalent
  • 5 to 8 years’ experience in labor/employment law (experience in a Syntec environment or working under the Syntec collective agreement is a plus)
  • Strong expertise in individual and collective employment relations
  • Fluent in English
  • Rigour, teaching ability, and analytical mindset
  • Diplomatic and collaborative
