About the role
- Legal intern in CANAL+ supporting the corporate legal team in intellectual property protection and management duties. Engaging in legal surveillance and contract actions related to IP rights.
Responsibilities

- Work on prior art searches, filings, monitoring/watch activities, litigation and legal monitoring
- Contribute to implementing initiatives to enhance the value of this portfolio (e.g., licensing, commercialization)
Requirements
- Law graduate specializing in Intellectual Property: currently completing or holding a postgraduate degree (Master's/LLM) in Intellectual Property Law
- At least 6 months' prior experience within an IP legal department, a law firm, or a patent attorney (CPI) firm
