- Ensuring adherence to quality, schedule and budget targets
- Developing solutions when project plans deviate
- Regular project-status reporting to committees
Requirements
- Technical degree (university or equivalent) or technical vocational training combined with advanced professional development
- Strong organizational skills and project management abilities
- Efficient, goal-oriented working style with digital tools and AI software
- Interest or background in educational topics
- Solid knowledge of CMS, MS Office and AI applications
- Confident data management skills and structured information processing
- Ability to pedagogically evaluate texts and illustrations
- Strong spelling and proofreading skills
- Independent and team-oriented working style
- Willingness to travel for author meetings
- Some prior professional experience in editorial work or in the media/publishing sector
