About the role

  • Lead, coach, and support sales personnel to achieve performance targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • 3–5 years of sales management experience in the waterworks industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the sales district.
