Responsibilities
Own the planning, development, delivery, and execution of an end-to-end technology roadmap to support tech-wide programs \n• Drive program delivery initiatives for critical tech-wide programs \n• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute key strategic programs focused on developing end-to-end automation roadmaps and delivery plans \n• Influence results and lead important and exciting projects from day one \n• Simplify enterprise operations by reducing friction and enabling scale through operational clarity, sensible standardization, and leveraging automation \n• Pave the way for an expanding TPM discipline within the team \n• Teach the organization what a great TPM can achieve
Requirements
Bachelor's degree \n• At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs \n• 7+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing \n• 3+ years of experience in building distributed systems & highly available services using cloud computing services / architecture - preferably using AWS \n• 3+ years experience building highly scalable mobile products & platforms \n• 3+ years of experience with Agile delivery \n• 3+ years of experience delivering large and complex programs - owning business or technical vision, collaborating with large cross-functional teams, securing commitments on deliverables and unblocking teams to land business impact \n• Experience in building systems & solutions within a highly regulated environment \n• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering) \n• MBA or Master’s Degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering) or equivalent experience
