Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience
- Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience
- 4+ years of management experience
- 12+ years of professional experience in progressively advancing technical product management roles
- 4+ years of experience leading various aspects of technical product teams
- 4+ years of experience managing direct reports
- Hands-on experience in health care industry and/or regulated environment is a plus
- Demonstrated understanding of product technical product lifecycle management
- Ability to align product strategy with organizational goals
- Proven experience developing cost-benefit analysis for digitally-based products
- Strong analytical skills
