Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience
  • 4+ years of management experience
  • 12+ years of professional experience in progressively advancing technical product management roles
  • 4+ years of experience leading various aspects of technical product teams
  • 4+ years of experience managing direct reports
  • Hands-on experience in health care industry and/or regulated environment is a plus
  • Demonstrated understanding of product technical product lifecycle management
  • Ability to align product strategy with organizational goals
  • Proven experience developing cost-benefit analysis for digitally-based products
  • Strong analytical skills
