Responsibilities
- Lead with Vision: Define and execute the roadmap for Remote Access & Control—low-latency streaming, secure connectivity, and cross-platform performance.
- Drive AI Innovation: Embed AI/ML into product features and engineering workflows for smarter, adaptive experiences and faster troubleshooting.
- Architect for Scale: Oversee distributed, real-time systems architecture; ensure reliability, security, and performance at global scale.
- Champion Security: Implement secure-by-design principles and compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.
- Build High-Impact Teams : Hire, mentor, and grow engineering leaders; foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Requirements
- Proven Leadership: 10+ years in software development, 5+ years leading multiple teams and managers.
- Technical Depth: Experience building distributed, real-time, or networking-heavy software systems.
- Domain Expertise: Preferred background in remote connectivity or real-time streaming technologies.
- AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML into products or engineering workflows.
- Security Mindset: Familiarity with secure coding practices and compliance frameworks.
