Responsibilities
- Driving the development and execution of project management strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in clinical trial operations.

- Overseeing project teams, monitoring project progress, managing risks, and implementing solutions to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Providing strategic guidance on project prioritization by the VP, risks, stakeholder communication, and alignment with broader organizational objectives.
- Establishing partnerships with external stakeholders to facilitate project success and share best practices in project management.
- Driving excellence and efficiency in the PM function by managing processes, driving process improvements and managing/mitigating risks.
- Supporting business growth through revenue management processes and business development support.
- Managing resources within the PM function and supporting talent acquisition, talent management, and performance management.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, business administration, or project management.
- Extensive experience in project management within the clinical research or healthcare sectors.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in Clinical Research/ Laboratory.
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on delivering results.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change in a complex organization.
