About the role
- Lead Japan Retail Organization and drive retail store operations
- Review and analyze sales, KPI and Financial performance
- Drive retail operational excellence with District managers
- Work with Merchandise and Planning team for product assortment
- Plan in-store promotions to improve KPI and revenue
- Plan for business growth through new stores and relocations
- Develop retail team talents in line with corporate strategy
Requirements
- BS or BA
- Strong understanding of Retail experience in Fashion / Sport / lifestyle industry
- Highly Demonstrated ability to manage a team of over 10 people
- Ability to communicate fluently both in Japanese and English
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
