Shape the future of Applied AI by leading our Product and Design function.
You'll set the strategic vision and drive cultural change, ensuring our AI products and services deliver exceptional user experience and enduring value.
This is an entrepreneurial leadership role, focused on scaling our impact, mentoring high-performing teams and partnering with senior clients to solve their most ambitious business challenges with cutting-edge AI.
Co-creating and maintaining a clear, ambitious strategic vision for the product and design function that aligns with the overall business.
Recruiting, training, and leading a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team of product managers, designers, and user researchers.
Establishing and implementing best practices for product discovery, user research, service design, and delivery across all AI projects.
Providing senior guidance and quality assurance for all product and design outputs across our most critical client engagements.
Working directly with senior-level clients to understand their complex challenges and ensure AI solutions drive tangible, high-impact outcomes.
Driving product adoption by embedding necessary behaviours and skills to create measurable value for the client's business and spur expansion.
Acting as the senior representative for the function internally and externally to clients, the wider industry, and new business development opportunities.
Requirements
You possess demonstrable experience in a senior leadership role, developing and executing a strategic vision for a product or design function, ideally within consulting.
You have a proven track record of hiring, leading, and mentoring high-performing teams of product managers and designers.
You bring extensive experience working directly with senior-level clients to understand business challenges and influence their strategic direction.
You have deep expertise in the entire product lifecycle, from initial discovery and strategy to post-launch adoption and continuous improvement.
You have a strong grasp of AI, machine learning, and data science fundamentals, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
You possess exceptional communication skills, able to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical, C-suite audiences.
You are commercially astute, with the ability to understand the business case for AI solutions and measure their impact on a client's bottom line.
