Responsibilities
Develop and deploy a production system to drive standardization and consistency
Design methodologies for measuring productivity of the ASC improvement activities
Partner with stakeholders to ensure processes are designed and implemented for speed, agility, and employee experience
Provide training to build capability across the stakeholder ecosystem
Build and facilitate a community of engaged CI users across ASC
Drive alignment with operations teams on methodologies for measuring productivity
Drive best practice sharing across stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
At least 7 years of supply chain work experience
Masters or MBA preferred
Prior operational consulting experience preferred
Experience in designing the methodology for measuring operational improvement programs
Strong project management skills
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, global and domestic.
