Responsibilities
Responsible for building and expanding the Pharma / Medical Devices & Health Care segment.
Develop innovative ideas and strategies to achieve growth targets.

Manage existing clients and expand collaboration at management level.

Responsible for expanding the adviser board and working with advisers.
Requirements
At least five to ten years of operational professional experience in the Pharma / Medical Devices & Health Care industry or in a consultancy specialized in this segment.
Recognized as a top manager in the segment and well connected, with a personal affinity for business development.
Many years of experience in a senior recruitment consultancy (interim and/or executive search) within the segment.
Deep understanding of the operational perspective and requirements for roles and candidates.
Strategic foresight to grow the business development segment.
