About the role

  • Responsible for building and expanding the Pharma / Medical Devices & Health Care segment.
  • Develop innovative ideas and strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Conduct structured, targeted and professional client acquisition to win new customers.
  • Develop strategies based on market observations to identify and exploit potential.
  • Manage existing clients and expand collaboration at management level.
  • Own the development and management of key accounts.
  • Lead placement processes for (inter)national mandates.
  • Work hand in hand with research specialists and conduct interviews with managers.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for KEYPLAYER in your segment and inspire our clients.
  • Responsible for expanding the adviser board and working with advisers.

Requirements

  • At least five to ten years of operational professional experience in the Pharma / Medical Devices & Health Care industry or in a consultancy specialized in this segment.
  • Recognized as a top manager in the segment and well connected, with a personal affinity for business development.
  • Many years of experience in a senior recruitment consultancy (interim and/or executive search) within the segment.
  • Deep understanding of the operational perspective and requirements for roles and candidates.
  • Strategic foresight to grow the business development segment.
  • People- and client-satisfaction-oriented — your passion is working with people and ensuring client success.
  • Structured, conscientious working style and entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
  • Professional, representative appearance.
  • Highest standards of quality and customer orientation are a natural expectation for you.
  • Innovative problem-solver with a willingness to look beyond the obvious.
  • Resilient network at decision-maker level from the upper mid-market or corporate environment.
