About the role

  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Euna Payments, aligning with market needs and regulatory requirements in the public sector
  • Lead cross-functional teams (design, engineering, UX, compliance) to deliver integrated payments solutions
  • Prioritize features enabling multichannel revenue collection, centralized reporting, and reconciliation through Revenue Management
  • Ensure product adheres to PCI Level-1, SOC 2 Type 1 & 2, and other security/compliance standards
  • Partner with customer success and sales to support onboarding of enterprise clients and incorporate customer feedback into the roadmap
  • Monitor usage, adoption, and satisfaction to drive improvements that increase on-time payments, reduce support volume, and deliver cost savings
  • Act as product evangelist, representing Euna Payments internally and at industry events, conferences, and customer forums
  • Drive innovation across cashiering, kiosks, online payments, revenue management, and integrations

Requirements

  • 7+ years in product management leadership, ideally in B2B fintech, SaaS, or payments
  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise-grade payment platforms or financial software
  • Strong understanding of compliance and security frameworks (PCI, SOC 2, etc.)
  • Experience with cashiering systems, online checkout, kiosks, digital wallets, and revenue management tools
  • Experience with integrations and enterprise payment solutions (Cashiering, Kiosk, Online Payments, PayLink, PayCenter)
  • Skilled at translating stakeholder needs (CFOs, IT leaders, agency staff) into clear product strategies
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset to inform priorities and measure outcomes
  • Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Willingness to work hybrid in Oakville office 3 days/week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
  • Must be legally able to work full time in Canada
  • Preferred: background in SaaS for government or utilities
  • Preferred: deep experience with PCI Level-1 compliance and SOC 2 audits
  • Preferred: passion for public-sector modernization and digital equity
