- Lead cross-functional collaboration: Drive alignment with engineering, data science, design, GTM, and operations to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
- Scale innovation: Build frameworks, best practices, and reusable systems for LLM integration to accelerate product development.
- Evaluate partnerships and tools: Assess external technologies, vendors, and research advancements to inform build vs. buy decisions and accelerate delivery.
- Drive measurable outcomes: Define KPIs, success metrics, and feedback loops for LLM-based features and products.
- Inspire thought leadership: Act as a company-wide champion for LLM innovation, staying ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends.
Requirements
- 10+ years in product management with at least 3+ years leading teams or initiatives in AI/ML
- Strong understanding of LLMs, generative AI, NLP, model fine-tuning, and AI/ML product development processes
- Demonstrated success in bringing new technologies from exploration to scalable product impact
- Ability to craft a compelling product vision and execute with discipline, balancing big-picture thinking with tactical delivery
- Passion for building products that meaningfully improve user experiences
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Strong grasp of the generative AI landscape, including vendors, research trends, and regulatory considerations
- Experience defining success metrics, managing product lifecycles, and shipping products at scale
