About the role

  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of Paid Media Specialists and Social Media Managers — setting clear goals, providing individual coaching and focusing on personal growth.
  • Develop and implement data-driven paid media strategies across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok and programmatic networks — aligned with brand and e-commerce objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns — including budget allocation, performance tracking and creative messaging.
  • Work closely with Creative, Marketing, E‑Commerce and Analytics teams to create effective ad assets, align messaging and support the customer journey from awareness to purchase.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign results using analytics tools, derive actionable insights, improve KPIs such as CTR, ROAS and conversion rates, and present clear reports to stakeholders.
  • Track digital and e‑commerce trends, new advertising platforms and best practices to identify innovative optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure all paid media activities support the overarching marketing strategy and contribute measurably to customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing or social media, including demonstrable leadership experience.
  • Deep understanding of paid social and digital media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest) as well as common analytics and management tools.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing paid campaigns for e‑commerce or retail brands.
  • Strong analytical skills, project management abilities and a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with international teams and markets across the EMEA region is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of e‑commerce KPIs, customer journeys, attribution models and digital sales funnels.
  • Experience with audience targeting, remarketing, conversion tracking/pixel implementation and multi-channel attribution.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, creativity and a strong commercial awareness.
