Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a remote environment
- Experience handling organizational and finance compliance, including completing a non-profit audit
- Experience managing vendors and contractors
- Experience with data analysis for operational systems
- Strong project management, time management, and planning skills
- Demonstrated success in organizing work, attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and setting priorities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in using a computer, QuickBooks, Google Suite, and Zoom
- Preferred Asana, DonorPerfect, and Salesforce experience
