Responsibilities
Define and execute the strategy for cloud and on-premise networking, aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of network engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.
Oversee architecture, design, and implementation of networking solutions, optimizing for performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
Evaluate and implement seamless connectivity between on-premises and public cloud environments.
Conduct technical assessments and resolve bottlenecks, vulnerabilities, and inefficiencies in networking solutions.
Partner with software, product, information security, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment and optimal application performance.
Manage third-party vendor relationships to achieve business objectives and maintain high-quality SLAs.
Provide input for departmental capital and operating budgets.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (required).
Minimum 5 years’ experience in cloud-based architecture and networking principles.
Deep expertise in Azure, GCP, OCI, or AWS networking stacks.
Proven track record with large-scale, high-availability systems and translating strategy into practical action.
Experience managing relationships with multiple vendors, technologies, and customers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
Ability to communicate vision and strategy, providing clear direction to staff.

Cloud Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or equivalent.
