- 3-5 years specific experience in working in technology security, with a focus on server and storage infrastructure technologies
- Directly interacting with technology business partners and managing expectations
- Ability to effectively work in a global team environment characterized by rapid change and high availability targets (24x7 operations and support)
- Experience in implementing and supporting enterprise products and solutions
- Experience with supporting internal and external audits
- Working knowledge of industry security standards and frameworks e.g. NIST, ISO, SOC
- Good interpersonal and team skills across all organization levels and multiple organizations
- Collaborative approach to gain consensus and support
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
