Responsibilities
Drive APAC product management and strategy on Fraud protection/prevention, ID verification, Digital Onboarding and fraud risk alert & monitoring solutions
Ensure APAC’s Identity and Fraud solutions are meeting revenue, profitability goals and business performance metrics
Develop and execute regional business development strategies for Fraud and Identity solutions across the APAC region
Provide strategic direction and thought leadership to achieve revenue projections
Defend and grow existing Fraud & ID Solutions revenue and accounts
Collaborate with the Global Fraud Solutions team, adapting strategies to local markets
Lead product adoption efforts and product performance improvements
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science/Engineering/Statistics or other related fields
A minimum of 10+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Analysis for banking/fintech solutions, with at least 5+ years in senior management level
Proven experience in leading transformation initiatives focused on the growth of business
Experience in client facing, such as presales consultant or client solution architect, is highly preferred
Specialize in Fraud & ID, Digital Onboarding, AML, KYC/KYB and Decision flow solution
Experience in using and evaluating technologies such as eKYC, web & mobile development technology, RPA, decision engine, block-chain etc.
Solid knowledge of the industry, business operations, and the integration of them in order to effectively develop workflow processes
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Innovative thinking and problem-solving attitude
Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
Availability for travel a few times a year
