- Primary finance business partner to the Global Incentive Compensation team
- Work with leaders to establish the financial goals and measure progress throughout the year
- Lead the commissions F&S modeling for sales performance incentives and create flexible sales performance incentive models
- Develop a framework for effective management, ROI analysis and business recommendations of strategic investments
- Drive improved management reporting and create a Total Company Commissions lens to allow for holistic management of Commissions
- Identify and execute financial analysis to optimize business performance
- Lead a team of Finance & Strategy professionals, focusing on inspiring, developing, and motivating team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics or equivalent relevant experience required
- 12+ years of relevant work experience
- Proven leadership and mentorship experience, including leading teams of teams
- Ability to apply strong business judgment and communicate effectively with executive management, business stakeholders, and technical communities
- Experience with Hyperion, Oracle, Business Objects, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Alteryx, or other BI tools
- Experience with the development of dashboards utilizing data visualization platforms (i.e. Tableau, PowerBi, etc.)
