About the role

  • Primary finance business partner to the Global Incentive Compensation team
  • Work with leaders to establish the financial goals and measure progress throughout the year
  • Lead the commissions F&S modeling for sales performance incentives and create flexible sales performance incentive models
  • Develop a framework for effective management, ROI analysis and business recommendations of strategic investments
  • Drive improved management reporting and create a Total Company Commissions lens to allow for holistic management of Commissions
  • Identify and execute financial analysis to optimize business performance
  • Lead a team of Finance & Strategy professionals, focusing on inspiring, developing, and motivating team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics or equivalent relevant experience required
  • 12+ years of relevant work experience
  • Proven leadership and mentorship experience, including leading teams of teams
  • Ability to apply strong business judgment and communicate effectively with executive management, business stakeholders, and technical communities
  • Experience with Hyperion, Oracle, Business Objects, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Alteryx, or other BI tools
  • Experience with the development of dashboards utilizing data visualization platforms (i.e. Tableau, PowerBi, etc.)
