Responsibilities
Primary finance business partner to the Global Incentive Compensation team
Work with leaders to establish the financial goals and measure progress throughout the year
Lead the commissions F&S modeling for sales performance incentives and create flexible sales performance incentive models
Develop a framework for effective management, ROI analysis and business recommendations of strategic investments
Drive improved management reporting and create a Total Company Commissions lens to allow for holistic management of Commissions
Identify and execute financial analysis to optimize business performance
Lead a team of Finance & Strategy professionals, focusing on inspiring, developing, and motivating team members
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics or equivalent relevant experience required
12+ years of relevant work experience
Proven leadership and mentorship experience, including leading teams of teams
Ability to apply strong business judgment and communicate effectively with executive management, business stakeholders, and technical communities
Experience with Hyperion, Oracle, Business Objects, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Alteryx, or other BI tools
Experience with the development of dashboards utilizing data visualization platforms (i.e. Tableau, PowerBi, etc.)
